Valid Passports - 5 years and 10 years ... |
|
|
|
|
First and foremost, check that your passport is actually valid. You must also check that the passports of any children you are travelling with are valid also. A child's passport is issued for just 5 years, not the 10 years that an adult's is.
Invalid passports are the biggest reasons passengers from Liverpool Airport are refused travel. You will also be refused travel if you've changed your appearance beyond recognition (in relation to your photo). Also airlines may not let you fly if your passport is in a terrible condition i.e. has been chewed by the dog.
